It's widely known that Acuity Trading are experts when it comes to trading insights and market analysis BUT did you know that the team is also incredibly talented when it comes to three-legged races and egg and spoon relays?!

At the end of October Acuity Trading ran an incredible team-building trip to our stunning Spanish HQ in Sitges, near Barcelona. This memorable experience was the perfect blend of strategic planning, team bonding, and just the right amount of fun in the sun.

We kicked things off with a coastal hike that offered breathtaking sea views, inspiring us to think big as we mapped out plans for the future and beyond.

In the conference room our discussions were fuelled by brainstorming sessions that dove deep into understanding technological changes and how we can maintain our standing as #fintech industry leaders.

But it wasn’t all work—our team made the most of beach activities, including an intense (and hilarious) egg and spoon race. It was a race for glory, and let’s just say, balancing skills are harder than they look! The fun continued with a local wine tasting session, where we learned, laughed, and toasted team achievements.

We wrapped up this unforgettable retreat by celebrating our Co-founder Nikki Carpenter's birthday, a moment that reminded us of the camaraderie and spirit that make Acuity Trading more than just a workplace—it's a family.

Our team is now feeling recharged and ready to tackle the implimentation of our next phase of plans. Here’s to teamwork, innovation, and the memories that keep us moving forward!
